Architectural Exterior Renderings

Architectural external renderings are a great way to advertise your structure prior to construction!

You provide RenderIT with the design and we will transform your sketches into a 3dimensional, photo-realistic image that can be scaled to suit most advertising or presentation boards!

The key to creating the most believable architectural rendering is to provide RenderIT with as many design clues as possible.

The following descriptions would be helpful:

1. What is the immediate environment of your building like?
2. What function does the building provide? commercial, government, residential?
3. How many angles of the building do you wish to have rendered?
4. What are the specific materials and colors you wish to see on certain parts of the building?
5. Which angle will best 'sell' your structure?

Go to our Contact Form and you will be provided with a full questionnaire regarding your project before you upload your file or have a look at our Portfolios and Suggested rendering Price List

Architectural Interior Renderings

Interior renderings are the perfect way to visually describe internal design elements to your client.

Use the services of RenderIT to view all angles of your interior design. Test your placement of lighting or the feeling of your furniture placement in the internal spaces.
Interior renderings can also be used for "pre-selling" apartments, creating advertising brochures, as well as selling great ideas to clients.

Make sure that you provide us with the following descriptions for your rendering:

1. Provide a comprehensive materials and furniture list. Photographs, sketches and descriptions all help create a realistic environment.
2. what are the types of views out windows? eg: sea-side resort, city apartment, green spaces
3. Do you wish to have people in the rendering or not?
4. A lighting layout (should you have this readily available)

Are you wanting to pre-sells units, but have no idea how to design the furniture layout? Look into our DEVELOPER'S TEMPLATES for purpose-designed furniture styles that you can choose from!

Go to our Rendering Questionnaire and you will be provided a list of details regarding your project before you upload your file.

Operating Systems does not age like a fine wine and instead have an expiration date just like milk where they smell and taste bad after time. If you are still using Windows Vista and plan to upgrade Autodesk software this year, you may want to consider upgrading your old Operating System. As of January 1st 2012 upgrades or new releases and services will no longer be supported on Windows Vista.
Autodesk Octo-Copter Testing
by Shaan Hurley
31 Jan 2012 at 1:29am
As I mentioned in a recent post (Aerial Capture of 3D Geometry), I was hoping to attend a test flight of the remote controlled Octo-Copter that captured photos that were then used to automatically generate a 3D model using Autodesk 123D Catch. Last Thursday the weather and my schedule aligned and I joined Autodesk employee Gonzalo Martinez Director of Strategic Research in San Rafael California for test flight of the 8 bladed aerial copter. The eight bladed craft can operate 100% autonomous based on a programmed GPS route and patterns or if you are skilled you can run in manual pilot mode.
On This Day in 1982 – The Design Industry Changed

Autodesk was created on this day January 30, 1982 and would bring Computer Aided Design (CAD) down from the expensive mainframe systems to the PC with a new product named AutoCAD. Since that time CAD has grown and branched out into other CAD specialty processes like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Digital Prototyping. Autodesk also helped pioneer design visualization growing it from the DOS based 3D Studio in the early 80s to an entire business division of media and entertainment covering not only design visualization but gaming, movie special fx, and more.
