2D Plans, Elevations, sections

For presentation and selling purposes 2Dimensional plans, sections and elevations give the client an very clear view of the external and internal layout of particular spaces. Once selected furniture has been placed in the space, our 2Dimensional renderings will still give a realistic feeling to the space.

2D plans, sections and elevations can be used for selling off plan or to aid buyers in the choice between many variant plans you many have on offer in one scheme or for use by the client to better understand the planning and space of a particular structure.

Make sure that you provide us with the following descriptions for your 2D renderings:

• Provide a comprehensive materials and furniture list. Photographs, sketches and descriptions all help create a realistic environment.
• What are the types of views from the windows? eg: sea-side resort, city apartment, green spaces.
• Do you wish to have people in the rendering or not?
• A lighting layout (should you have this readily available)
